Emeer Al Badawi
Emeer Al Badawi, CEO of De DAM Real Estate, is an entrepreneur and real estate investor with extensive experience in property investment and strategic market analysis. After building a strong foundation in the Dutch real estate market, Emeer recognized the growing challenges investors were facing in the Netherlands due to regulatory changes and decreasing predictability of returns. This led him to explore international markets in search of more stable and high-growth opportunities.Inspired by the iconic Dam Square in Amsterdam, a place symbolizing stability, connection, and trust, Emeer founded De Dam Real Estate to bridge Dutch investors with carefully selected real estate opportunities in Dubai. By combining a data-driven investment approach with strong local partnerships in Dubai, he created a structure that allows investors to access strategically selected projects, attractive conditions, and full service support from acquisition to management.
